Cinderella…

Ladies, you are not going clubbing as every saturday night … this is a marathon.

Your usual beautiful shoes that don’t hurt too much are useless at WMC.

The worse that  can happen to you *beside OD of any kind* , is that your body will give up on you even when you want to keep going.

Too much dancing and your feet, your legs, your abs, your arms won t listen anymore….

The problem usually start with the feet and that can be solve by adding comfortable to your shoes selection criteria.

Unfortunately, all the comfy shoes look like my grandma ones, but after trying so many I know what does good and what don’t …

**the Sole :

you want it thick! It will absorb the shock partially and soft like a little pillow for your foot! If you find cute wedge heels that would be your best shot!

**The Heels

I am a heels fan. I dance better with heels, I feel more balance and prettier, but at some point in the night your knee or your back won t forgive you if you picked wrong…

Know yourself and the maximum high you can handle, try to stay reasonable.

The wider the better for the weight distribution BUT it is actually more important that you feel centered.

You are better of with stiletto heels if it s right under the spot where your body rest than with bigger heels but off center.

So try it on before and make sure it s really easy for you to walk with.

**The Ankle:

detail that matter in the long run: find a pair of shoes that support your ankle as much as possible. both on the side and the back ideally.

**The Material:

Avoid all kind of plastic and go all natural!

Leather have been used for hundred years to make shoes and there is a reason for it!It s soft, flexible and strong all at once

I m still looking for my real gem so if you have any recommandation, please share!
