The perfect place for rest and relaxation during Winter Music Conference week has just become available. We are opening the doors to our gorgeous condo rental in South Beach only 15 minutes ($10-$15 cab ride) away from all Winter Music Conference parties. Stay with us for seven days from Monday, March 22nd to Monday the 29th in a sanctuary were you will be joined by industry professionals and the privileged few who will call the condo home for the week.
Basics
Bedrooms: 7 (only two bedrooms now available!)

Access to all common areas – pool, living room, kitchen, backyard, den, and driveway if you have a car

King size beds. Each bedroom with private bath, walk in closet and plasma media center.

Cost
7 day rental room rate – $3,000/room. That’s $428/night. You also have the option of having up to four people in one room sharing one king bed and the couch in the bedroom. This would be $107/night per person with four people.
Reservations

Hi, just trying to clarify. so there are 4 rooms available…for the week its 2,700is that per person or per room, (just dont understand the 'up to 3 people' thing). Thanks
It is $2,700 per room per week (7days). You can have up to 3 people in the room. You pay for the room, not per people in the room.
So if you had 3 people in one room for 7 days it would be $900 per person…thats $129/night!
There is one king sized bed and one comfortable floor in each room :)
great hotel..thanks for sharing..this is a place of interest where tourists visit, typically for its inherent or exhibited cultural value, historical significance, etc..
