They are apparently throwing the official Winter Music Conference Kick Off Event with Tommie Sunshine and crew. Words like “official” and “kickoff” always make me a little suspicious around Conference time, but if you’re at the Eden Roc Renaissance (where you pick up your WMC badge, right?) on Tuesday, you can pop in (for free with the badge) and see what’s up. Tommie Sunshine is mostly known as a remix artist (remember his slick remix of Fallout Boy’s “Dance Dance”?), and he worked with the production of Konami’s ‘Dance Dance Revolution’, so I personally wonder what he would sound like during a live performance.

Miller and Get Physical Music team up to celebrate 25 years of the Winter Music Conference with exclusive Miller showcases and parties. The Saturday night showcase will be held at Charcoal Studios and will feature an exclusive live performance from M.A.N.D.Y. and other guests including DJ Hell, DJ T, Heidi, dOP and Lee Curtiss. The special guests have yet to be announced, but there is a lot of speculation that Booka Shade will be one of them. Miller is also taking this opportunity to introduce their own new talent from “Miller Miami 2010,” and this event will be as massive as the venue Charcoal Studios, which is over 15,000 sq ft inside and out.
