Well this looks like a straight up freak show – but in a good way.   This invite came my way and I must say, I am intrigued. Very intrigued.

The invite reads… “The party will take place at ‘My Friend’s Place’ – a 4500 sq ft. former Andy Warhol workspace newly converted into an epic underground party den smothered in sin and vice. 2 mezzanines, themed chill areas, and thunderous dance floor.  A group of Neo-Dadaist Leprachaun Superstars asked the Thunder Gumbo crew to help keep the St. Patrick’s Day craic going strong throughout the weekend. Thus…in exchange for a few pots ‘o gold and unmentionable wishes: We’ve re-animated the decayed corpse of Andy Warhol AND are throwing a party THIS FRIDAY in one of his old workspaces!”

Costumes not required, but recommended.   RSVP is MANDATORY. The location will be disclosed upon RSVP.

My fave part is that the cover goes UP AFTER 4AM. Umm whatttttt.  If you’re looking to a delve in to New York’s past, this might be the place.
