After a year of blogging her New York City nightlife adventures, owner and author Kristina Marino has relaunched her popular blog, The Downtown Diaries, with a completely new design and publishing platform by Nightlyfe.

Hello and welcome to the new home of nightlife.

I found Nightlyfe in 2005 as a nigtclub owner looking for a new way to promote my venue. Shortly after, I got into nightlife photography, video production, and blogging and did a lot of research discovering others that were into the same stuff I was interested in – dance music, cool parties, and the lifestyle that comes with being young and social in a happening city.

On 9.9.09 I re-launched Nightlyfe.com with an entirely new approach to supporting my favorite blogs. Using Wordpress, my team built a publishing platform that provides our members the ability to easily publish content, market their blog and make money from their online efforts. With the DJ, music producer, photographer, socialite and promoter in mind we added a bunch of built in features to help grow their following.
